Food supplement of Valerian and Linden useful to promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress, with Melatonin which contributes to relieving the effects of jet lag and reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect on jetlag is obtained after taking, just before bedtime, 0.5 mg of Melatonin (equal to 2 ml) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination. The beneficial effect of reducing the time required to fall asleep is obtained by taking 1 mg of Melatonin (equal to 4 ml) just before bedtime.

How to use
The recommended dose is 2-4 ml per day, to be taken diluted in half a glass of water (100 ml).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For the use of the product in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children, seeking medical advice is recommended. Do not take in case of proven hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product. The potential presence of small undissolved particles, which can be suspended by shaking, is due to the high concentration of plant extracts and does not affect the quality of the product. Store, well-closed, in a cool and dry place, below 25 ºC, avoiding exposure to moisture and heat sources. The date of minimum durability refers to the product properly stored in intact packaging.
